Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Live business information must be configured before public launch. processes information for ReturnProof.

Information we process

We process merchant account details, authorized-user details, return-case/order identifiers, product information, customer-provided return evidence, technical/security logs, and subscription state. Card details for Paddle transactions are handled by Paddle and are not stored by ReturnProof.

Why we process it

We use data to provide return verification, preserve evidence integrity, secure accounts, operate billing entitlements, diagnose service failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Evidence and security

Accepted evidence is stored with tamper-evident hashes, signed chain metadata and audit events. Public production traffic is designed to terminate over HTTPS through the configured edge proxy. Access is restricted according to merchant roles and system administration controls.

Retention

Account, case, evidence and audit data is retained as needed to provide the service, preserve the integrity of return records, resolve disputes, secure the platform and satisfy applicable obligations. Deletion requests may be subject to records that must be preserved for legitimate legal, security or billing reasons.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and technical providers needed to operate ReturnProof. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions and independently processes payment/order information under its own buyer terms and privacy notices.

Your requests

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact Not configured. We may need to verify the requester and the merchant relationship before acting on a request.
