These terms govern use of ReturnProof, operated by Live business information must be configured before public launch..

1. Service

ReturnProof provides software for structured ecommerce return verification, evidence capture, audit records and merchant review. ReturnProof does not guarantee detection of fraud and does not make the merchant’s final return, refund, warranty or customer-service decision.

2. Accounts and authorized use

Business customers are responsible for account security, authorized users, lawful use, and for having a lawful basis to submit order and customer information. The service must not be used to deceive customers, unlawfully discriminate, or collect data unrelated to legitimate return processing.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions at the price shown before checkout. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment and order-related support and processes refunds; ReturnProof supplies and supports the software. Subscription changes, cancellation timing and any proration are shown before the requested billing action is applied.

4. Cancellation

A subscription may be scheduled to cancel at the end of its current billing period. Access continues through that period unless payment status or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Evidence and merchant responsibility

Evidence status is decision support, not a legal finding. Merchants remain responsible for their return policies, customer communications, statutory obligations, and final decisions.

6. Availability and security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no online service can promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance or security controls may temporarily restrict new verifications.

7. Support

Product support: Not configured · Not configured. Order, billing and refund support for Paddle transactions is also available through Paddle buyer support.

8. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated policy version. Continued use after an effective change is subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.
